Quanta, DBTel Receive Licenses to Sell CDMA Handsets in China

According to a recent report by the Commercial Times, Taiwanese Quanta and DBTel have obtained licenses from China's NDRC (National Development and Reform Commission), allowing these two companies to sell CDMA handsets in China. The NDRC also handed out a CDMA license to China's Hi-Tech Wealth.
